Throughout her career, Lonnie has worked across a wide range of industries — including insurance, finance, manufacturing, gaming, and retail — always tailoring her approach to the unique needs of each organization. As a trainer, facilitator, and coach, she is known for turning complex Agile concepts into engaging, actionable lessons that resonate with every learner, from team members to executives.
